About Us: We Wash Stuff, a leading cleaning service in Wilton Manors, FL, is seeking dedicated Professional Cleaners to join our team. Since 2019, we've been providing top-notch cleaning services to our community, including friendly pets and the vibrant LGBT community. Founded by Flavio Azevedo and Brian, we pride ourselves on delivering quality and love to our neighbors in Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale, and Wilton Manors.

Position: Professional Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive housekeeping duties for residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, closets, laundry, windows, and more.

• Adhere to industry best practices and guidelines, ensuring high-quality service.

• Continuously improve cleaning techniques and stay updated on the latest industry standards.

• Provide light cleaning for superficial areas.

• Follow customer instructions for specific preferences and delicate areas.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid SSN or work permit (W-9 required).

• Ability to work varying hours based on service complexity (1 to 5 hours per assignment).

• Provide weekly schedule and availability every Friday.

• Responsible for own transportation and cleaning supplies.

Compensation:

• 70% of the total customer payment for each service.

• Payments due within 3 days after service completion.

• Tips belong solely to the cleaner.

• Various payment methods accepted (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, cash, credit card, debit card).

​

Terms of Employment:

• Responsible for providing own cleaning supplies.

• Address customer complaints promptly without additional cost.

• Transportation to/from job locations is the cleaner's responsibility.

• Follow customer instructions to avoid potential damage and ensure service meets expectations.

• Adhere to the agreed-upon estimate and communicate any changes through the company.

Confidentiality:

• Maintain professionalism and avoid personal connections with customers.

• Prohibited from using headphones, speakers, or personal phones during work hours.

• Refrain from soliciting food and bring personal water and supplies.

• Accessing drawers without permission or soliciting donations is strictly prohibited.

• Short breaks for snacks, water, or rest are allowed.

Termination:

• Contract termination possible with or without notice based on job performance and positive reviews.

​

Additional Conditions:

• Referring the company for pressure washing entitles the cleaner to 100% of their interior house cleaning payment.

• Valid after completion and payment of the pressure washing service.
